 | You can play back the included lightning archive file. |
 | You can download other sample archives and play them back. |
 | You can explore the features of Lightning/2000™ |
 | The sample map is the same size as the map you receive when you order. |
How do I install the software on my computer?
 | Lightning/2000 is distributed as a .ZIP file. Unzip
l2000a.zip in an otherwise empty directory. |
 | Run the SETUP.EXE program. |
 | You may then delete the directory where you unzipped Lightning/2000. |
 | If you are running Windows2000 or XP, you will need to install
the device driver. |
 | If you need to install Lightning/2000 under Windows Server
2003, click here. |
How do I get started with Lightning/2000™?
 | From the Programs menu on the Start button, click the
lightning icon. |
 | In Lightning/2000™ click "File|View|Archive..."
and select the archive file. |
 | When the archive player appears, click the play button. |
 | You can adjust the speed of the archive playback by
clicking the speed buttons on the archive player. |
 | The archive playback may be paused or reset to the
beginning by clicking the appropriate button. |
